WHAT DOES TELEPHONE TIME CONSIST OF?
TELEPHONE TIME are conversation phone calls which you receive directly from one of our native teachers. Choose between 10-minute and 20-minute calls. Schedule you phone calls during your lunch break or whenever you prefer. The choice is yours.
Use the time as you wish. Allow our teacher to ask you questions or talk about something specific of interest to you.
WHEN AND HOW CAN I BOOK A CALL?
Calls can be booked by contacting us via email or WhatsApp (see contacts). Calls can be done between 8am and 8pm GMT.
Calls must be booked by 5pm on Friday of the week before.
WHERE WILL THE CALLS TAKE PLACE?
Our calls will take place either via normal phone call if you are in a EU area or via Skype if you live anywhere else in the world.
CANCELLATIONS
Calls cancelled on the same day will be considered used and cannot be refunded.
Calls must be moved or cancelled by 5pm of the day before your booking.

TELEPHONE TIME - 20-minute slot
Calls have a one-year validity starting from the date of purchase. Any calls that you might not be able to use won’t be refunded.
Kris Hagan Language Institute is not responsible for eventual lack of progress due to the student’s negligence.
In case of missed call the teacher will try to call a last second time, after which the call will be considered used and won't be refunded.

Calls must be moved or cancelled by 5pm of the day before your booking.According to the Italian article 13 d. lgs. 30 June 2003 n. 196, Kris Hagan S.N.C. will treat the Client’s personal details only for purposes strictly related to the management of the contract agreements and for promotional and marketing campaigns connected to the activities organised by Kris Hagan S.N.C. The personal details won’t be given to any other companies.
The staff of Kris Hagan Language Institute are not allowed to exchange contact details with the students. All contacts must be through our office. It is forbidden to exchange personal contact details with our staff. Not following this rule will result in a loss of all lessons purchased without refund.
